Clyde E. Yon & Associates, Inc. offers services in residential, commercial and industrial appraising and real estate brokerage. For over 55 years we have been specializing in all types of real estate appraisals. We represent banks, Savings & Loan Associations, Credit Unions and individuals for real estate purchases, tax appeals, divorces, estate purposes or to establish market value.

Clyde E. Yon & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1963 by Clyde E. Yon (pictured to the right). In 1994, business partners Robert Rosensteel, Patrick Altiero, and Randall Yon, son of Clyde E. Yon, purchased Clyde E. Yon & Associates, Inc. From 2004 until 2019, Clyde E. Yon & Associates, Inc. has been operating under the partnership of Randall Yon and Patrick Altiero. In 2019, Christopher McCartney joined Randall Yon and Patrick Altiero as a partner at Clyde E. Yon & Associates, Inc.

Partner/President

Patrick Altiero is a partner at Clyde E. Yon and Associates, Inc and also serves as the Broker of Record. Patrick is a Certified General Appraiser and brings over 30 plus years of experience to the company.

Randall Yon

Partner/Secretary

Randall Yon is a partner at Clyde E. Yon and Associates, Inc. Randall is a Certified General Appraiser and holds an SRA designation. Randall brings the company over 40 years experience in the real estate industry.

Chris McCartney

Partner/Vice President

Chris McCartney is a partner at Clyde E. Yon and Associates, Inc. and is a Certified General Appraiser and Licensed Sales Agent. Chris has been with the company since October 2001, and a licensed appraiser since 2008.
